How can reviews be updated?

To update a review, send your reviewers another invitation link to review your tool and ask them to update their review. When updating their review, it’s important that your customers go through the questions again as well as updating their rating, and adjust their answers accordingly. If you’d like to offer your customers a small thank-you for updating their review, share the designated incentivized invitation link with them. The voucher will then be sent automatically once the review is published again.
