How to optimize your OMR Reviews profile: Provide marketing materials

In the “Downloads” section of your product profile on OMR Reviews, you can provide valuable resources such as white papers and e-books. These materials not only give people looking for software useful information, but also help you generate and qualify leads. When someone downloads a resource, it creates a touchpoint with a potential customer who has already shown a specific interest in your product or service.

Since users agree to be contacted when they download a resource, you can then share other relevant content with them, such as case studies, webinars, or comparison analyses. The documents in the Downloads section provide comprehensive information about how your product works, answer frequently asked questions, and offer interesting insights into your categories.

Downloads are provided through an email form: interested users need to enter their contact details to access the document. After downloading, they receive a confirmation email (double opt-in process). Once they confirm, we’re permitted to forward the contact details they provided by email to the recipients listed in the system.

To upload or update documents, log in to your OMR Manager account and follow the tutorial below 👇

Step 1

First, go to the “Assets” section. Click the “Bearbeiten” button and scroll down to the documents.

Step 2

Click “Datei hochladen” and select a file.

To make your downloadable documents, such as case studies, white papers, or guides, stand out on your profile, you should add a thumbnail image.

Thumbnail images act as visual previews and are displayed before the actual downloadable document. This makes your content:

• easier to scan

• more visually appealing

• more professional

Instead of a generic PDF preview, users see a designed cover or a relevant visual representation of your content.

Please note the following specifications:

• Supported file formats: jpeg, png, webp, bmp

• Maximum file size: 10 MB per image

Step 3

Check the details, such as the PDF title in German and English and the thumbnail, then save your changes to make your file visible on OMR Reviews.
