What notifications in the OMR Manager are
A notification is a quick message about an event on your profile, along with a button that takes you straight to the right place in the OMR Manager. When you get a new review, you'll land on that review. When you get a new contact request, you'll go to that lead.
This makes the feed a guide, not an inbox. You can't reply here or edit any data. That always happens in the relevant section. Instead, you see all events from all your tools in one place, rather than having to dig through different email threads.
Your notifications in the OMR Manager
Preview on the dashboard
On the Dashboard of the OMR Manager, the page you see right after logging in, the "Notifications" card shows you the three most recent notifications as a preview. This way you can see right after logging in what just happened.
All notifications on a dedicated page
You'll find all your notifications on a dedicated page in the OMR Manager. Three tabs organize your messages here:
- All โ all notifications
- Unread โ only messages you haven't read yet
- Archived โ messages you've removed from your view
An unread indicator shows you when new notifications are waiting for you.
If your company has multiple tools on OMR Reviews, all notifications for them come together in one place. A label on the notification itself shows you which tool each message belongs to.

How a notification is structured
Every notification follows the same format:
- Labels in the top left show the source and tool, for example OMR Reviews and CleverReach
- The purple dot before the heading means you haven't read this message yet
- The heading tells you what happened, for example "New review for CleverReach"
- The line below gives you the key detail, like star rating and date for a review
- The timestamp shows how long ago the event happened
- The button on the right is the whole point of the notification and takes you straight to the right place
Marking as read and archiving
Clicking the button takes you there and marks the notification as read at the same time. The purple dot disappears. You can also mark a notification as read without opening it, for example if you already know what it says.
If you want to remove a message from your view, you can archive it. You can always find archived notifications again in the "Archived" tab.
Archiving is just a way to clean up your view. The event itself stays there. You'll still find the review in the reviews section and the lead in the leads section.
How far back the feed goes
The feed shows events from the last 60 days. Older messages automatically drop out of view, but the reviews, badges, and leads they refer to stay in their sections where they belong.

Who on your team sees notifications
Everyone at your company who has admin rights for the reviews section in the OMR Manager gets notifications. If someone only uses the manager for other purposes, like festival organization, they won't see the feed.
Everyone with the right permissions sees the same messages for all of your company's tools. There's no division based on who's responsible for what. If colleagues from sales need to see lead notifications, they'll need their own account with the right permissions.

Notifications and emails
The feed on your dashboard and system notifications via email are two channels for the same events.
You control who gets the emails. In your product's Settings, you enter the email addresses for different distribution lists, separated into reviews and badges, contact requests and downloads, and identified companies from buyer intent data. It's worth checking once in a while, since emails going to an old address won't reach anyone anymore.
Everyone with the right permissions sees the feed on the dashboard, regardless of the distribution lists.

Best practices: How to work with the feed
Use the feed as your fixed entry point
- Problem: If you only react to emails, you're always working in your inbox and missing events that go to a distribution list instead of your address. With multiple tools, things get confusing fast.
- How to do it: Take a look at the preview on the dashboard after logging in, and go through all unread messages in the "Unread" tab if needed. Use the button in each message instead of navigating yourself, so you'll land straight on the review or lead.
- Result: You see all your tools at once and get a full picture in just a few minutes, without having to search through your inbox.
Respond to new reviews while they're fresh
- Problem: An unanswered review stays visible to everyone visiting your profile. For critical reviews, your perspective is missing, and buyers only see one side of the story.
- How to do it: Use the notification as a trigger and reply directly from the review view. For positive reviews, a quick response is fine. For critical ones, address the specific point.
- Result: Your profile shows that you listen and respond. That's a trust signal for buyers in itself, independent of the star rating.

Put badges to use right away
- Problem: A badge gets noted and then forgotten. The asset stays in your resources and never shows up where buyers could see it.
- How to do it: Download the asset right away using the button in the notification and pass it along. Give it to marketing for your website and landing pages, to sales for presentations and proposals.
- Result: An independent trust signal becomes part of your communication, instead of sitting in a downloads folder.
Archive lead notifications only after you've dealt with the lead
- Problem: A message is quickly marked as read or archived. If the lead hasn't been dealt with yet or isn't in your CRM, it falls through the cracks.
- How to do it: When you get a lead notification, click the button to go to the leads section, handle or transfer the lead, and only archive the message after that. If you clicked too fast, you can find the message in the "Archived" tab and the lead is still in the leads section.
- Result: The "Unread" tab reliably shows you what's still open, and you won't lose any requests while cleaning up.
Frequently asked questions
I don't see any notifications on my dashboard. Why?
Two possibilities. Either your account doesn't have admin rights for the reviews section, in which case the feed won't show. Or there just haven't been any events yet, meaning no published reviews, no badges, and no leads. If you're not sure, check with whoever manages permissions at your company to make sure your account is set up correctly.
How far back does the feed go?
It shows events from the last 60 days. Anything older disappears from view but stays in the relevant section.
I accidentally archived a notification. Is it gone?
No. You'll find archived notifications in the "Archived" tab. The event itself is still there anyway. You'll find the review in the reviews section and the lead in the leads section.
Do all my colleagues see the same notifications?
Yes. Everyone with admin rights for the reviews section sees the same feed for all your company's tools.
Can I choose which notifications I see?
The feed on your dashboard shows all events for your tools. You can control the email route by using the distribution lists in your product's settings to decide which addresses get which system notifications.
Why am I getting an email too?
The feed and email are two channels for the same event. Email reaches you even when you're not in the OMR Manager, and the feed brings everything together in one place.
Can I reply directly in a notification?
No. Notifications take you to the right place, and that's where you do the work. You reply to a review in the review view, and you contact a lead from the leads section using your own channels.
Are there notifications without a paid plan?
Yes. The feed shows events for all your company's tools. Which events can happen at all depends on how each profile is set up. A download lead, for example, needs a downloads area with at least one document.
