Automatically import visitor data from the OMR Viewer into Compelling to enrich company and contact data and transfer it to your CRM
With the Compelling integration, you can import visitor data from the OMR Viewer directly into Compelling. As soon as a new company visits your OMR Reviews profile, it's automatically created in Compelling, enriched with additional information, and forwarded to your CRM (currently only HubSpot is supported) if you want.
This way, you're working with up-to-date company and contact data without having to manually maintain information.

What is Compelling?
Compelling is an AI-powered sales intelligence platform that automatically researches, evaluates, and enriches company and contact data.
The platform continuously collects verified information about companies and relevant contacts. It uses AI agents that analyze public sources like websites, job boards, and company databases.
All the insights gained are structured and transferred directly to your CRM. This way, your team always has access to current and reliable data.
Prerequisites
-
Active OMR Viewer (Advanced, Professional, or Ultimate plan)
-
Compelling account with API key
-
Optional: Connected CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce
What features and workflows do I have access to with my OMR Reviews x Compelling account?
With your account, you can enrich your OMR Viewer data for free in Compelling. Through the OMR Reviews connection, your data is automatically synced to Compelling and supplemented with additional information like company insights and relevant contacts.
You can then export the enriched data in various ways, such as via CRM integration (currently only HubSpot is supported) or through manual export.
Please note: Importing or syncing data from other sources, for example to enrich existing CRM data or to automate inbound workflows, is not included in this account.
How to set up the integration
1. Open Compelling and go to "Connections"
In your dashboard, you'll find the Connections section. Here you can connect various tools, such as CRMs, second-party data sources, or outreach tools. Select OMR Reviews.
2. Connect the OMR Viewer using your API key
Copy your OMR Viewer API key from the OMR Manager and paste it into Compelling.
Optionally, you can also connect your CRM (currently only HubSpot is supported) to automatically sync data later.
3. Create a new list in Compelling
Click on Create New List > Sync from Connection > OMR Reviews.
Define which trigger will initiate the synchronization, for example when a new company visits your OMR Reviews profile. New companies are automatically added.
4. Activate automatic enrichment
Compelling supplements each company with additional data points, for example:
-
LinkedIn URL
-
Location or production facilities
-
Company size or revenue
-
Custom questions you define, such as "Does the company operate production facilities in Europe?"
All information is sourced by Compelling agents so you can trace where the data comes from.
5. Add custom questions
You can create custom insights to collect targeted information on specific topics, such as:
-
What employee benefits does the company offer?
-
What technologies are being used?
Depending on the data type, you can use multiple choice, dropdown, or free text.
New companies added through the OMR Viewer are automatically enriched with these insights.
6. Add contacts
In Compelling, you can define which roles or job titles are relevant to you (for example, "Head of Marketing" or "CTO"). Compelling finds matching contacts, adds email addresses and LinkedIn profiles, and displays them in the Contact View.
Optionally, you can also retrieve additional insights, such as a person's latest LinkedIn post.
7. Synchronization with your CRM
If you've connected your CRM, you set up mapping to define which fields sync where. For example:
- "Employee Benefits" > Property "Benefits" in HubSpot
After setup, the sync runs automatically. New companies from the OMR Viewer are enriched and transferred directly to your CRM.
Connect Compelling to your AI assistant via MCP
In addition to the CRM integration, you can also connect Compelling to supported AI assistants like ChatGPT or Claude via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This gives your AI assistant direct access to your data in Compelling and lets it support you with research, analysis, and go-to-market processes.
For example, you can:
- Research companies and contacts
- Retrieve and analyze company and contact data
- Prioritize accounts based on custom criteria
- Create and manage lists
- Query information from Compelling in natural language
Setup is a one-time process through Compelling's MCP server. Afterward, you can handle many tasks directly from your AI assistant without switching between different tools.
๐ You'll find step-by-step instructions for setup in the Compelling MCP documentation
What happens next
After connecting, an automated workflow is created:
-
New activity on OMR Reviews comes into the OMR Viewer
-
Compelling automatically imports the companies into your list

-
All data automatically lands in your CRM
This saves time, keeps your data current, and improves collaboration between marketing and sales.
