Structure and Sections of the AI Visibility Dashboard
Track your AI visibility across search engines using the dashboard's filter bar, performance chart, KPI tiles, and competitor mentions sections
How Your AI Visibility Dashboard is Organized
The AI Visibility Dashboard is structured from top to bottom so you can progress in order from the quick answer through the trend to the detailed sources. Once you've internalized the layout, you'll find your way around any new view instantly.
This article gives you an overview of all sections and tells you what you'll find where. Detailed explanations for each widget are in separate articles; here it's just about orientation.

Filter Bar
Right below the header, you'll find the filter bar with five controls:
- Timeframe (for example, "Last 7 Days" or "3 Months") plus arrows for Previous/Next Period
- Engines to filter for individual AI engines
- Topics for thematic clusters
- Tags for core and flex queries (you set these up at the beginning in your prompt set)
- Queries for individual prompts
- Metrics scope (on the right) for detailed settings on aggregation, metric type, and timezone
The filters apply globally to all widgets on the dashboard. Learn more in the Filter & Time Periods article.
Brand Performance Over Time
The large line chart below shows your Brand Performance Over Time compared to all tracked competitors. Each line represents a brand, with your own highlighted. To the right of the chart, you'll see the Latest Values with your current value plus top competitors.
Use the Metric dropdown at the top right to switch between seven metrics: Visibility Score, Mentions, Citations, Detection Rate, Position, Top 3 Visibility, and Sentiment Score. With Show data table below the chart, you can display the complete brand table.

KPI Tiles
Below the chart comes a row with four KPI tiles:
- Mentions (greenish background)
- Citations (lavender background)
- Detection Rate (yellow-orange background)
- Sentiment Score (When Found) (red-pink background)
Each card shows a headline number, a trend indicator (β² green or βΌ red with percent change), and a small sparkline. The background colors group the cards thematically and are not a rating.

Mentions & Citations by Competitors
Directly below are two top 10 lists: Mentions by Competitors on the left and Citations by Competitors on the right. Both show brands sorted by volume, with bar visualization and absolute value.
These lists give you the competitive overview at a glance: who dominates in your category by mentions, and who by sources?

Top Domains & Top URLs by Citations
Next come three tables side by side:
- Top Domains by Citations: which websites are cited most frequently by AI engines
- Top URLs by Citations: which specific pages serve as sources
- Top URLs for your Domain: which pages on your own domain are cited
Each table shows URLs, Citations count, and a trend indicator with percent change.

AI Engine Performance
Below the tables comes the second large line chart: AI Engine Performance for [your brand]. Unlike the Brand Performance chart, this chart doesn't show all brands but rather only your brand, split by AI engine.
You'll see one line per engine (AI Overview GUI, ChatGPT GUI, Perplexity GUI, GPT-5, Gemini 2.5F) and can adjust the view using the same Metric switcher.
