Bonus Incentive Budget

The Bonus Incentive Budget is a one-time bonus you receive when you sign up for an Essential, Advanced, or Professional plan. The amount of the bonus depends on the plan you choose:

You can use your Bonus Incentive Budget during one contract year. It cannot be carried over to the following contract year or used for any other purpose.

When your contract is renewed, the incentive budget resets to its original amount for the next contract year. Upgrades or downgrades adjust the budget to match your new plan.

Additional Incentive Budget

If your included Bonus Incentive Budget isn’t enough, you can top it up at any time. Just email our Customer Support team at cs-reviews@omr.com and tell us how much you’d like to increase your incentive budget by.

What happens next?

Once you’ve made your request, we’ll increase your incentive budget accordingly. The additional budget will then be available directly in OMR Manager and can be used right away for incentivized reviews.

We’ll send you an invoice for the additional budget afterward.

⚠️ Please note:

Unlike the Bonus Incentive Budget, any additional incentive budget you purchase won’t reset at the end of a contract year.

If you still have additional purchased incentive budget left at the end of your current contract term, it will automatically carry over to the next term, provided your contract is renewed.

If you cancel your contract, any remaining additional purchased incentive budget will expire and cannot be paid out or refunded.

You can use your Bonus Incentive Budget for the following incentives to encourage your users to leave genuine reviews:

• Choose your voucher amount (best practice: 20.00–30.00 €)

• Redeemable at the Amazon store in Germany

Incentives are a way to show appreciation for the review and the time spent writing it. They’re not intended to buy reviews or influence their content.

We publish all reviews that comply with our guidelines. We also welcome and even encourage you to collect negative reviews and see them as a valuable resource for product development and Customer Service.

As a neutral review platform, OMR Reviews checks all reviews within an average of 72 hours. We act as a service provider and automatically send the relevant voucher codes to your customers after their reviews are published. Reviews that are not completed or are rejected do not receive a voucher, so your Bonus Incentive Budget remains untouched. Find out more about our review process here.

⚠️ Make sure you send your customers the incentivized review survey links you created. Don’t use the direct link to your OMR Reviews profile.

The incentivized survey links contain important parameters that let us identify the incentives and ensure your customers receive a voucher code from us after their review is published. Make sure the links remain complete, especially when sharing them internally or externally. Some tools, such as Slack, automatically shorten links.
