What is the incentive budget?
We provide you with an incentive budget based on the package you’ve booked. You can use it as an incentive for review campaigns. The budget is available to you for the duration of your contract and cannot be transferred to other services or contract terms.
What incentives are available?
You can choose from the following incentive options:
- Amazon gift card: choose any amount
- €20 Wunschgutschein voucher: fixed amount
How to generate invitation links
With the OMR Manager, you have full control over your review campaigns, which you can set up yourself in the OMR Manager. You can also create invitation links there and set the duration, incentive (Amazon or Wunschgutschein voucher), amount, and limits (budget, number of published reviews, time period).

When are the vouchers sent?
We review incoming reviews within 72 hours. The voucher is then sent automatically after the review is published. If a review is rejected because it doesn’t comply with the guidelines, your customers will be notified by email that they can edit and resubmit their review at any time.
